Damien Priest could not cash on Seth Rollins because he was not medically cleared for competing in the ring. The same thing had happened with Daniel Bryan back in 2011 when he was the money in the bank holder, he had Cashed-In his money in the bank on Mark Henry when his leg was severely injured by the big show and had won the World Heavyweight Title at that time through it. But Teddy Long (who was the general manager of Smackdown at that time) nullified his money in the bank Cash-In because he was not medically cleared to compete in the ring.

I realized an issue with Punk winning the rumble. I’m now more inclined to think Cody is winning it. Just based on the fact that there’s several names coming after Rollins which makes for a great Elimination Chamber match. Which would mean the Winner of the Rumble needs to go after Roman (on Smackdown) which would be Cody. If Punk wins the Rumble, that means the Smackdown roster would need to come up with a chamber match. Yeah Cody is from Raw but I think most of us already see him using his “political pull” to get himself a spot in the chamber, either that or earning a spot. As for the other competitors, they’d all need to come from the Smackdown brand. We’re already seeing a Fatal 4 Way at the rumble. Are we going to see Orton, Styles, and Knight in the chamber for another opportunity? Who else would be in the chamber? Lashley? Kross? I just feel like the Smackdown roster isn’t deep enough to make a Chamber match, even with Cody, and the members of the 4 way match. A Raw chamber match with Punk, Gunther, Drew, Jey, Bronson Reed, and a member of Judgement Day would be solid!

What is wrong with Lashley and Kross? They're solid competitors and would make a chamber match more interesting and less repetitive. Not everyone needs to be a huge ass star to compete in a big match you know...R-Truth and Santino Marella has competed in the chamber and they were both very good matches and one even because of Santino Marella and the moment of unpredictability it provided
