I seriously think Punk was one of the greatest of all time. Honestly, his footwork and head movement made him virtually unstoppable. I never seen someone with such incredible KO prowress. It's too sad he retired early. My personal favorite all time match up would have been Jon Jones vs Punk and I would give the slight advantage to JJ for his reach advantage but if Punk takes him down he could make it very interesting!

No, Gall was a UFC fighter, this is the reason punk should have started in smaller companies, to gather experience : even the beast Lesnar did that, and we are talking about a man who had ncaa wrestling level, and was UFC champion , so how TF you think punk could have simply walked in the highest level MMA company with ZERO real fights under his belt and only 2 years training , against a guy half his age, who trained for MMA since he was a kid and had already won several fights.
