I am sure they could have finished the project if they were no interference. Taxation, Subcontract dealer, rampant stone mining and many other factors are the cause of the delay. We are just scratching the outer level and failing to uproot the roots. If he and his team were good leaders, those people wouldn't have effected and died because of landslide ....
