I had wonderful experiences as a Temasekian. Initially I wanted to go to another school but I think going to Temasek has been such a good decision. Great friends, teachers who put so much time and effort into planning activities and programmes that developed me as a person. I cannot thank them enough. And also there were so many celebrities from Temasek too! Fann Wong, Ivy Lee, Wong Li Lin, Joanne Peh, Munah, and a few others who have already retired from the scene.

i was not close to any of my professors in college as all i did was study. But there was this one professor during my 1st year that gave a compliment that made me want to become a teacher. I remembered that he divided the class to report/ facilitate an activity. I was the person "volunteered" to lead the presentation in my group. The activity was a success and I think the class enjoyed it. Then he told me that he liked the way I handled the activity. Like I had the "aura" of sorts that made him think that I will be a good teacher. That compliment led me down the "learning and development profession. I became a trainer for a BPO starting 2006. It's 2024 and I'm still part of the Learning and Development team in the company I currently working for.
