You can only do this in Singapore. Bcoz its the safest city second to Japan. If you do this in Malaysia, you'll lose your kid to the black market once he stepped out of the house area.

Haha! Same here :) I work with kids and actually toddlers and young children have no to little perception of consequences which is why they can walk around so confidently like that. They only start gaining awareness as they age. That's why adults are more afraid of rollercoasters, driving, sky diving, etc. Because we know the consequences if something bad were to happen. Children don't. Just a lil fun fact:}

Depends on the environment people grew up in. My 3 year old sister can speak English and my mother tongue as well as the boy in this video.

@@engineergaming4295 sorry he doesn’t meet your expectations. Problems of being a bilingual who learned to speak TWO languages that young. No wonder his English is not as good as the average European and American who only speaks ONE language!

Back in the 1960s, most children walked to school on their own - I was 6 years old, and my school was half a mile (more than 1 km) from my home. It was the Age of Innocence.
