What I don't get is when I bring this up to my doctors they act like mold is not an issue and don't know how to test me for mold toxicity. The same with parasites. What is wrong with American doctors not being educated enough to see the environmental issue's that cause health problems?
@_Breakdown

True. There’s a specialty of doctors who know more about mold; there are also blood tests that can show if mold/toxins are affecting your health. (I believe those kinds of blood tests are only performed by those specialist doctors).

I ended up with heart failure of unexplained origin at 50 y.o . My house was full of black spot mould. My irresponsible landlord and real estate did not bother to do anything about it. Just blaming me as a bad tenant. Even though the moisture and style of and age of the property and neglect by the owner was the culprit. I'm happy to say I moved into a beautiful new well ventilated apartment. From 🤢 to 🤗. My health has improved tremendously

Even new apartments nowadays have mold growing on the walls, roofs, etc. The culprit is usually poor and cheap water piping, which leaks to the concrete and timber walls/roofs.

I am suffering from toxic mold exposure after my pipes burst upstairs when my utility company AEP had a damaged a transformer during record cold. At the time, it cost over $1,000 to repair and pay water bill. 3 years later ceiling collapsed from this damage - now I know why I have had constant headaches, allergies, skin issues and exhaustion. I will be hiring a contractor this week - electric company suggested I go to churches to get help after I pointed out that they took 36 hours in below freezing weather to repair - after assurances it would only take 2 hours. Monopolies on energy in America such a good idea - not!

Please check and clean behind, under, and around the refrigerator area too because it is a constant source of mold toxins in your home. It get so nasty back there yet people don’t clean it because they can’t see it and it is constantly blowing filth into your air. I had to tip my fridge over to actually be able to clean all the parts. Some places you just can’t get too so a strong stream on a spray bottle will knock the junk out of the little crack and crevices. It was a lot of work but at least it isn’t polluting my environment anymore.

You need a air purifier along with dehumidifier..... and yes, the struggle is even more real when you have damage to all vital organs and it worked in a visibly wet urgent care which made us all get severe covaids in march 2020. So going from the workplace, then the masks on top of it. I'm off a lake on a mountain in the woods and I love it. Miss out one very common household equipment where mold is commonly found, air conditioner. For most air conditioner, moisture tends to form in the blower and cooling fins after switching off the air con during the day. The dark and moist blower creates a conducive environment for mold to grow. This is why it is best to clean the air con regularly.

One thing you can do is to switch the aircon to dry mode for 10-15 minutes before you switch off the aircon in the morning. This lowers the chance of moisture condensing. Also try to let the room come up to temperature before leaving the doors open, if not the warmer moist air from the outside would condense in the room.

I learned this the hard way when traveling for work and staying in a hotel in a hot, humid climate in southern US. Second night in this hotel, my lungs started to rapidly fill with fluid and I couldn’t breathe. Drove to emergency room. Diagnosis was Legionnaires Disease. Doctor asked if I had been sleeping near an air-conditioner. Yep. The A/C unit was blowing directly into my face while in bed. By the way, I was staying in a reputable hotel which is part of a major chain/brand aimed at business travelers. Doctor informed me about how A/C units and vents often will become contaminated with mold and mildew. He suggested to always clean A/C units and vents when traveling with a disinfectant spray. I always do now. Took me three weeks to recover. First time I thought I might actually die. Mold is bad news.

Instructions 1) Bleach 2) Vinegar because of acidity because of low pH. 3)Mixed acid and hypochlorite might create explosion 💥 4) UV light destroys DNA of bacteria , microorganisms effective but depends on size . 5 )Air filter depends on what it can do conclusion change your living habits, air is dry , clean off mould growth 6) Veggies avoid buying any that has damage . 7) Dried bay leaves careful lots of mould I guessed be cautious our dried herbs careful . Mouldy food comes from good amount of bacteria Bread just throw . Moulds can cause persistent allergies and prolong exposure is dangerous See patch of it clean it immediately and we’ll ventilated area. Wash be thorough for food consumption.

So mold can effect people with allergies or a suppressed immune system. Thankfully I have none of those problems myself so I feel relived about that even though this video scared me to check for mold more often and take appropriate action like using a 50/50 mix of white vinegar and water and spray it on the mold and leave it or wipe it off and also air my apartment daily for about 20 minutes or longer when the outside humidity is low.

I had an absolutely perfect immune system. No allergies. Barely got sick once a year. Heathly diet and ran regularly. 29 yeaes old. Moved into a moldy rental house and one week later I am hospitalized for anaphylaxis and anaphylactic shock. My family, including my parents, sisters, husband, and grandparents are completely dumbfounded. For the next three months I suffer from panic attacks, headaches, hot flashes, diarreah, acid reflux, chest pain, muscle pain, insomnia, and chronic anxiety, not sure of what nearly killed me and wary of doing or eating anything. I lose 20 lbs. I am too scared to exercise. I go to three doctors. Nobody could figure out what was wrong with me. 3 months of medical tests come back clean. Apparently i am in perfect health. Immunologist says it appears to be Mast Cell Activation Syndrome (MCAS), but tests came back negative and cant explain my other symptoms. I figure it out myself and on a whim hire a mold inspector. It was two types of toxic mold in both bathrooms of my home. He confirmed my symptoms were consistent with mold toxicity. Mold toxicity can activate MCAS and wreck havoc on your mast cells, which triggered anaphylaxis. No one is safe from mold toxicity.

Dehumidifiers help a lot, but make sure you get capable ones. Investing in hepa air filters with a good cfm can also really help, especially if you pair them together. It’s true. There is hardly anything that is not contaminated or toxic or carcinogenic now. The best to do is eat as healthy as you can, avoid obviously toxic things, get fresh air, sunshine, exercise and good sleep and not worry so much. Otherwise we can drive ourselves mad worrying about every toxic thing.

If you don't build house where you can have more sunlight and wind, this will grow, so it's architect & builders need to think wisely and build building such that. This is one of the so Many disadvantage of apartment living model.

These homes are nothing compared to what I deal with everyday.. you can clearly see the mould cover the entire walls so that you can't even see the original paint anymore, and also.. All my clothes just smell dusty. But I wash them and hang them there as my only room to hang and they stay that way..
