Planning ahead is important for more concise future development of a chilli padi nation that punches above its weight. So is the development of mindset and culture with each generation. I thank the govt for following in the Nordic countries' footsteps and attempting to develop recycling programs to reduce our recyclable disposal as well :) may the public embrace intelligent disposal as part of a daily ritual.

Many years ago when a teenager I worked part time for Stilton cheese dairies in the Vale of Belvoir, Leicestershire, England. All dairies were completely deep cleaned prior to manufacture. I one dairy had fungi invasion or the cheese mould mutated production was stopped, product was scrapped and the dairy deep cleaned. The other companies then provided the affected dairy with fresh cultures to preserve the ancient mould. PURITY was everything. This is an age old practice. Singapore needs to do the same. Good luck!

A lot of Canadian land is in permafrost state, or at very minimum, long winters and short summers. Not that they don’t want to achieve, but it’s also pretty limited. Geographically situated very up north also means it’s away from all international trade routes, except for internal consumption and for external exports.
