Becky is a sharp interviewer. She allows her guests time to speak and then comes in with a relevant question that keeps the conversation going in a relevant direction. I also like her composure.

The only thing I have against Becky is that she leans left politically. However, she is a good interviewer.

stephen geraci I like the fact that they have a diverse group of 'reporters', most of whom are pretty good at challenging the interviewees or at least asking pertinent questions. But some are much better than others, Becky IS very good and Joe just has trouble getting his thoughts into words--always, very hard to listen to often and I tune into them daily.

Buffet handles Joes attacks masterfully, very nonhostile, patient. I am sure many would have gotten insulted but Buffet knows to keep his cool and turn a hostile confrontation and neutralize it. He doesnt even fire back, he tries to defuse, which I admire very much. Great skill and great things to learn from him.

Buffett is right that the biggest companies don't need the tax cut, but what about the little guy? It is 15% up to 50k, then quickly go from there. By the time you get to 100k profit, it is already at 34%. That's not including all the other taxes and misc fees. Buffett pay more tax buy putting his holding under his personal tax instead of BRK. This way, he would pay the full 20% capital gain instead of getting most of them exempt from tax.
