MACHINE LEARNING?! No there is no AI in the (albeit great) Fuel Drill. As one tarheel to another: your tracksaw prices (last to market) really missed the mark in pricing. Consumers used to defend price with quality, but with these prices... any justification swiftly turned into resentment of being priced-out from a brand they remained loyal and dedicated to. Being dead last to market while failing to fix any flaws of past competitors' tracksaws contradicted the message of innovation and thorough research. Add that with being priced nearly equal to the upper echelon of manufacturers (Germany's Festools), and now yellow, green, teal don't seem too bad.

When are you going to drag Hoover out of the depths of hell? The customer service is atrocious and I feel like this is a relatively easy fix.
