Cooking pasta is a lot easier than ppl make it sound. The trick is to fry the pasta in a bit of oil at the start, then add water. It will keep the pasta from becoming sticky. You can add the sauce afterward or add spices, sauce, cooked meat, etc, after frying the pasta in oil.

Dubai has lots of pretty buildings and roads, but there's really nothing to do once you leave your hotel that doesn't take a millionaire's budget. It's not like most American or European cities where you can just walk around for a day and experience the sights and sounds. Everything is too far apart. Dubai is an incredble place. If you don't drink, you can frequent excellent and relatively inexpensive hotels and restaurants. You can also stay in another Emirate, Sharjah, which is great for shopping but bans alcohol.

They go to DIFC to haunt around Zuma, Raspoutine, Amazonico, Socialista etc. To hunt after attractive young escorts after devouring some wagyu and champagne - tbh that is about all the finance folk in Dubai tbh. Weekends are beach clubs and then DIFC in the evening to repeat the same above mentioned activity. Please get your facts straight. Just because you came across a KZbin video doesn’t mean that’s how things are still done in Dubai. While there are videos of such trucks, most of them are from before 2010. Dubai has advanced significantly since then, and things have changed. In short, that’s not how things work in Dubai anymore.

What you are talking about was in the 2000s. Now we are in the 2020s, Dubai has changed a lot, and its infrastructure is better than most cities in Europe and North America. Fun fact: Dubai doesn't release poop into waterways and rivers contaminating its water table like in Paris. It doesn't provide tinted contaminated water to its residents like in New York.
