Many would certainly look at what he has and would call that prosperous. Moreover, I stand by my disagreement with your notion that frugality and sustainable consumption is somehow against nature. The way to go is to invest in Starbucks stocks with the money you woulf spend drinking coffee. Average drink is $5 and people drink 2-3 a week. Thats $15 a week times 4 = $60 Thats $720 a year. Starbucks average growth based on the last 5 years is 10.6% yearly. $76.32 yearly profit. Plus they payed 2.11% dividends = $15.19 Total of $91.51 profit and if you reinvest it, then you get compound interest which means every year your profits gains will increase gradually.
