There's being financially stable, Kaylan, and there's greed and excess. Huge difference. Our money makes doctors rich, and THEN it is invested, making them richer. Don't kid yourself. The naivete in these posts is mind boggling. Think carefully about everything she brags about, and then ask yourself how that monster salary and savings actually means someone somewhere is deprived of care they cannot afford. I have no problem with wealth. However, getting rich off of the sick is despicable.

You identify yourself as WackyWildPotato, and it fits, by the way. However, let's see if, at even your intelligence level, you can figure out why. Exactly. Uh, again, I pass. @mustangmichelle67 No sympathy here. They CHOOSE to go, know exactly what to expect. And then when done that we join their pity party as patients and fund their wealth. Many, doctors included seem to forget, I/we are their employers. Which by the way you are as well with your doctors. As for "Nothing wrong with seeking wealth through legal, safe means," safe for who, her patients? And that depends on your definition of "legal." You've got to be totally naive and kidding. Accumulating excessive wealth at the cost of patients in this country, many of whom lose their jobs, homes, cars, and lives due to not being able to afford care? Given this is epidemic in the U.S., for any doctor to have the money she brags about while this goes on daily, it's a sure bet they've sold their souls and ethics along the path to that wealth.

Of course she has so much in savings. If you earn so much it is way easier to save thousands of dollars a month. She could easily put 70.000 dollar a month to the side and still had an easy financial life with 5.000 dollar a month.

Elizabeth.Jillene i think she avoids paying off the loans because the interest has stacked up ridiculously over the years so the total would be outrageous and well over $80k. Although, whatever it may be, with $6m in savings, she still could pay it off
@nickinacage68124 жыл бұрын
Elizabeth.Jillene she doesn’t pay off the loans because the interest rate is so low that it doesn’t matter that much. she could pay off the loans, or invest the money that would go to the loans. investing the money makes her way more income than paying off the loans. for her, paying off the loans isn’t that big of a deal. most of her savings are in investments, and those investments just increase exponentially.
@ChatPoke4 жыл бұрын

Youre not smart. Let me spell it out for your small brain. Her student loans has a 2.5% interest rate. Instead of putting 80k towards her loans, she would make even MORE by putting the money towards other investments. Yes, her student loans will keep going up, while her investments are going up EVEN MORE. Stay broke, kid.

Wisely? She makes 70k+ a month. That's not spending wisely that's called having more money than you can spend. She's obviously always been a basic person. She doesn't have expensive taste. You don't have to spend smart to have her money with her income. She won't even pay off her student loan because of the low-interest rate. That's just dumb if you have 6mil in savings. @@JamarConley It's very smart. She's only paying 1.5% interest on the student loan but earning on average 7% by keeping the $80,000 invested. As long as she make her regular monthly payment on the student loan, she's earning more money by not paying the loan in full in one lump sum and investing the money instead.

I don’t want to judge her at all for how she spends her money, that’s her decision and she should do what she wants, she obviously also likes to buy expensive clothes so I’m not saying she’s cheap and one obviously doesn’t stay rich for long if you spend more than you can/should, but I just found it ironic/kinda funny And just personally if I had this much I wouldn’t buy 4 super expensive gowns a month, but neither would I buy the cheapest lowest quality sweatshop clothes, I’d pick some middle ground...
