LOL. This home sold for 17,500,000 2/11/22. Three months later the new owners put the house for sale at 28,500,000. The high-end housing market has gone crazy in florida. It's about over and we'll have to see how much of this ridiculous pricing is going to stick. True value of this home, even in this crazy market, is about 20-22 million. I'm going to track this home and see what it ends up doing.

Which website do you use to track it? Honestly, this house can be built anywhere on any sea with $4M maximum. It’s a scam. The sea is dark blue and nothin special about it. The gym is a room with a dumbbells rack, the cinema is small peicd of plastic. Ugh 🤮
