It’s refrigerated. Non preserved stuff goes in the fridge. I actually looked this up because I’m eating this stuff now and saw it was on shark tank. It’s delicious. But I eat stuff with preservatives anyways so I’m not worried either way. It was on sale at bjs and I love cookie dough.

Are you joking? These girls were literally selling hundreds of these per month in 7 stores and they have the ability to sell MILLIONS of units and make tens of millions of dollars. Anyone can make cookie dough -- the sharks were literally paying them $100K to go out and do it for a fraction of the cost b/c they're the right people to do it.

I don't disagree that the sharks can sometimes be greedy (it's not charity tank), but that wasn't really the case here. This was an unproven business with practically nothing in sales. Even the PO they just got only represented about $6K in profit. This was a HUGE risk for any investor.

These girls have low sales, havent figured out copacking and marketing strategies other than being contacted by retails which I bet wasnt as big as they said as the deal fall through. Giving 100K for a business thats the revenue is only 24K for over a year for 40 percent is not greedy when you calculate how long the sharks have to work on distribution, copacking and marketing, and yet has to recoup their investment from an initial 24k revenue business. The fact that they are willing to do all the hardwork with only 15% of the equity yet also pay 50K is insanely a good offer all things considered.
