It's called a "Keto diet" ....I lost 100 lb in 1.5 years....no exercise as work 14 hr day driving truck.....I am on a 1500 calorie/day and I can't get most of it into me plus I FAST 16 hrs/day......I was 295 lb and now 195 and no starving plus the key is Apple cider vinegar 😊

The figures are correct; they’d be left with 90% between them (assuming they were the only shareholders pre-Tank) and she’d have 10%. But I have never heard this “condition” before. Dividends are always paid pro rata to the shareholding so I am not clear what would be new about her suggestion. Unless she means that if they draw a salary from the company (therefore reducing company profit because that’s an expense for the company) then she wants a proportionate salary too.

The problem with grain is how it’s processed. You don’t need to remove grain from your diet unless you’re really sick for some reason. The way to do it right is buying a mill and milling your own grain and doing sourdough. Cut through all the crap. It’s not the grain that’s the issue, it’s the glyphosate and how it’s processed. Grain wasn’t an issue long long ago. Why is it surely an issue now?
