Sounds like Saylor knows lot about options spread how he can make money with it. He also understands lot about short squeeze when he said he wants people to short his stock if they don't like it. I think part of reason why he doesn't say much about using option spreads to make profit is because he wants to drive short squeeze for higher price. Musk also used short squeeze to make TSLA successful. Without it, TSLA would gone bankrupt sold to Saudi or AAPL.
