Uber's daily trading volume is between 30-50 Million shares a day. Shares Buybacks, for only 1.5 Billion USD is only going to buy 227,272,272,7 Shares of Uber @66 USD, and even less if the price went up. So, the share buybacks, are not gonna help boost UBER's shareprice...

They just struck an AI deal with NVDA. They already have the infrastructure in place for ride share (aka everyone already has the app 😂) and there would be a seamless integration into driverless vehicles. In my City we already have driverless vehicles and they are fantastic.
