Western countries' work culture is absolutely phenomenal. There is a reason why they're the most developed nations. Unfortunately, in India, the work culture is pathetic and horrible. Employers in India treat employees as slaves. I can bet most Indian workers would love to work in Western nations if they get the opportunity.

How come there countries, Bhutan is just one, which MAY not be called materially or materialistically so called "developed" nation or even in superficial medical and economic term, YET HOW COME SUCH NATIONS HAVE HIGHER LONGEVITY AND HEALTHIER POPLULATION THAN NUMERO UNO U. S. A.? So you have a choice to die with millions in bank while not able walk, not able to eat as you may choose and much likely no one genuine enough you may find to speak to, may trust or like, at certain age OR you may have little bank balance but will be able to move around help yourself, foreign to loneliness and at least few genuine HUMAN who will want to be and willingly with you. What Narayan Murthy is saying that India needs administrative reforms more than Economic reforms. We are still administrated by the same Bureaucracy which the Britishers used to make India a pauper state from the second largest economy we were during Aurangzeb era. Our Bureaucrats should be send to IAMs for training rather than Massuri ( Where they learn the MAI BAPP MINDSET). They should also be send to China to learn how to run PSU efficiently As In the Last 30 years China has solved every problem we face today. We do not need to reinvent the Wheal .
