Bardzo mi się podoba ta maszyna. Sam jestem na etapie projektowania... Pozdrawiam !! Daje suba !!

Great work. Having watched the Part 1 and now part 2, I would have saved the external profile finishing pass from Setup 1 for last during this 2nd side up and ran the cutter at full depth to ensure no visible witness lines rather than doing a finish pass in Setup 1 and then again in setup 2 (and it would have saved a few seconds too being that it would have been one less op... I.e., only one finishing pass in total rather than basically running the same one twice). Sure, in many applications, the witness line isn't a problem but the time savings can add up if running a high number of parts. If tool holder to bolt head clearance would have been an issue, button head caps rather then standard caps likely would have resolved that issue. Regardless though, great work nonetheless. Its always nice to see DIY CNC's doing work as nice as machines costing many times more but also irritating at times because of the money I've sent on buying machines that I other (for all intents and purposes) could have built for a fraction of the price.

@@CJ-ty8sv hey, thanks for your comment. You're right. When I was making the second set of parts, I moved the finish of the outer profile to the second mount, but unfortunately I didn't record it. The external profile is unimportant, but part of it is galvanized and it looks better. I'm glad you like the machine. Please leave more comments, it's nice to hear comments from people working in machining. 😊
