CNC Machining Billet Wheel Center Caps

Machined on my Fs3MG epoxy granite CNC. The spindle is a Hiteco QE-1F 6.6/12 24 I30 and the control is an Eding CNC760 board.

What a great and professional cnc! i am thinking about buying the fs4mg frame. Did you need to adjust or shim the rails or where they spot on from the factory ?

Hi, if you buy rails and ball screws with the machine frame from the manufacture, they will come adjusted and dialed-in. Well within industry tolerances.

Tolle Maschine, leider zu groß für meinen Keller. Habe die Maschine aber grob als Vorlage für meine zwei Nummern kleiner DIY Aluminium-Mineralguss-Fräsmaschine genommen. VG Anton
