This is incredible. People have forgotten that a prison sentence isn't just about punishment. It's also about reform and changing people who are broken and on a wrong path. It might work and change every prisoner but it's definitely worth it for the few that it might.

Love to see more of this. It’s really inspiring to see titan do this. I love machining and always want to learn more. I’ve learned how to setup and program mills and lathes. Now I’m being trained on how to setup a Swiss lathe. One day I hope to take my knowledge and create my own machine shop.

I worked in old school manual machining for over 10 years doing custom, one of a kind, and small production runs. Learning to setup many different types of manual machining has made my recent transition into CNC machining much easier.

I was in prison for 24 months on driving offenses n pot possession at a time my elderly mother was at home semi ill. I let here down really bad. Anyway i came out and got a job as a welder then self employed welder and done well. Its amazing who supports me and without judgement. God bless.

Everyone needs a second chance and I have had the privilege of working with people who are just wonderful and have embraced this chance.My company has been so fortunate in helping a few men and women to transition to the world that is not exactly welcoming and even better so many have been a credit to our company as well as themselves.You would not believe how many are in software.

Need to give jobs to everyone! We work with veterans, kids, 3500 schools and San Quentin so people who are actually getting out can get a job instead of recommitting crimes.
