Nice work, what CAM program you using? I have mastercam X very old version (2000 or older) and in this version I don't have dynamic milling or just like that.

@@gearloose703 Weir pauses are the controller being drip fed with code, it can't read fast enough all those little line segments. Good remedy is to turn on arc filtering to get rid of those small lines so that the machine can go faster.

@@JaakkoF Drip Feed is so 80's. Would be nice to have some decent memory. Probably some cheap Fanuc controller. Those awful things have less memory than a watch.

@@gredangeo hi it is a mikron vc 1000 with tnc 426 170mb memory no dripfeed the pauses are from velocity feedforward when it is trying to follow the programmed path to close. in the newer videos you can see the difference.
