I know you guys run some serious production but flattening several times a day is insane. Get some AllStar CNC tile gasket, pretty sure it still works with a vacuum clean head. Should last you quite a while if you're careful with the Z height. It will prevent having to re-flatten all the time. I run a 10HP Becker. Get in touch with Mike or Daniel, they'll get you setup.

Could you talk about over coming or avoiding melamine boards warping after they are cut due to tension in the board been released?

how do you keep the spoil board from warping? My shop uses nylon screws and places weight on it overnight, it still warps.

Thanks for sharing you knowledge - Interested in how your twin vacuums are set up " In series or do they control a certain section" ?

Hey lean brothers, thank you for these videos. My question : what is the smallest part you would feel comfortable cutting at full speed in 3/4“ melamine with the spoil board only ?

I'm curious what their number is but in the meantime another point of data from someone who has the same machine, 4" is our limit on part width where we don't even think about it.

We run an N300 and cut 3" parts all day without any movement, We do cut 1 1/2" parts sometimes as fillers and they generally hold down fine if the spoil board was surfaced somewhat recently. We have had them shift on an old spoil board before.
