Hi, This is BP from Sunridge Studio. This is a CNC table for Shapeoko Pro.

Nice table build. Also waiting for the Pro's to be available again! Is there a lumber shopping list somewhere I missed?

Thanks a lot! I did not put lumber list in the plans, cause I did not purchase new lumbers for this project. Just used what left in my shop. For the table, all needed are 2x4 and 3/4 plywood. Then you may need 1/2 plywood and 1/4 plywood for drawers.

What do you think now about the dustholder arm? Does it provide enough flex with the hose if you're working in the higher Y numbers toward the rear? I've seen the honeycomb cut pieces of board that also swivel outward and was curious about your thoughts on this?

In general, it works. It would work better if I left the flex pipe a little bit longer.

@@SunridgeStudio With enough so it doesn’t strain when going to NW, N, NE, and then to SE, S, and SW all in the same project or to zero out? I’m going to work on the top side hose length today before affixing it to the holder with zip ties. I noticed you used electrical tape, too. I have the clear white hose with the white insulated wiring. I don’t need to do anything to ground it, do I? The next thing I’m going to do is build a cabinet on the lower rear compartment to enclose the dust collection. Would like to email you pics to see if you’d make any recommendations. If you use djc at my name as one word and a com at the end, I’ll send them on. It’s not the exact same table, but our designs are not much different!

Where did you purchase the casters? What model did you use for this project?

@@SunridgeStudio I downloaded the plans and found the hardware list. I ordered similar casters since the ones you link to are no longer available. Thanks for the plans! My Shapeoko Pro is due to arrive next month and need to get started constructing this table.

@@joseph-thewatcher I'm researched these for a while and ended up with these: www.amazon.com/dp/B00I2JH3G0/ref=cm_sw_em_r_mt_dp_T9P6VSZZ2P4BNN93WHMM I like how they ratchet, it seems like once you get a table on them, and shop equipment like a CNC, they other ones might be hard to turn. These should be easier to operate under load, but we'll see soon enough...
