I’ll never understand how it’s not common practice to defend your harvesters. Like if you’re good at the game. Sure macro openings are great and all. Making the most strategic or fast plays to outwit your opponent or catch them off gaurd but if your truly experienced then why is defending harvesters neglected. The argument is always going to be spending resources to do so but same time what resources do you have when your spending it to rebuild lost harvesters consistently when you know that’s gonna happen.

In general players do defend their harvesters, but it's usually not static defense. They're usually relying on their scouting, map awareness, and micro to do the job... and that doesn't always work out. That is one of the markers of the top tier players and the lower tier players.

Also the combination where pitbull spam and zoneheads is the most anticipated build he is doing for the past 3 years. And the other factions getting good with patches to compete with those builds. I think i was pleasantly surprised to see him do firehawk snipes even when he was scouted thoroughly with planned shard launchers. He doesn't play the game as much and clings to his muscle memory and his game awareness from playing all those 10 years ago. Commendable but same can be said why Technique wouldn't fit with competition because scorpion spam can't win you every game.
