The 0-60 time is 6.5 seconds for automatic and 6.9 seconds for manual. Not 5.6 Seconds.

Why does it seem like they are shoving the auto down our throats, it is already hard enough to find a new car with a manual and MINI used to hang their hat on having a manual but other testers seem to force the idea of auto. I personally like to drive a car and not be driven.

I think he meant 7.6 seconds. The fiesta ST is about the same weight has the same torque numbers and more horsepower and goes 0-60 in 7.1 seconds.

Not even the JCW version does that, the Cooper S 2 Doors is between 6.7 and 6.3 s 0-60 according to the USA Website, of course considering you go for the Automatic version.

5.6 is indeed wrong, but the mini has 192 metric horsepower, which is 189 bhp
