I converted my 74" Skywing laser to 6S. Same 110A ESC but swapped the GA3500R for a Dual Sky XM6360EA-V3. Went from two 3300 mahs to using one 5000 mha with only slightly lower flight times. But twice as many flights. Same prop. RPMs were insignificantly lower, but the plane is lighter. I think it was a good trade. Although I plan to get some 6000s or 6500s for next summer. Those zero ground speed elevators were amazing! Good to see you guys having fun!

The CNHL lipo's have been available in Australia at competitive prices for a couple of years now. However, from experience I'd never purchase one again. When first available I purchased several of them, they were great for while but quickly deteriorated.

I totally agree with you John about the 67" laser. Also my favorite plane and size right now, buuut, I have a 70" extra on order. so.... We'll see.

I use CNHL batteries on my drones and they are amazing, very durable, high C rates, good for freestyle. I also have some 3s and 4s to use them on my planes.

They are horrible in my T-28. The 4S 2200 mAh 70C last about 3 min and if I use full throttle taking off after 2 min I get a low battery alarm. A Spektrum 4S 220050C lasts 4.5 min and doesn't give an alarm during that time as do my Zeees. In my Cherokee 1.3m, they last about 6 min that sips a Spektrum 2200mAh 30C for 9 min. So strange. And they refused to provide a warranty replacement after it lasted only 90 sec.

Glad I bought those CNHL 3s batteries after watching this. They do specials regularly here in the UK, I got a twin pack for a really low price, but haven't used them yet. Ith them being that cheap I didn't know what to expect. I can't believe you maidened those two expensive planes in such conditions...I wouldn't have chanced it with a cheap foamy...lol

Be careful. I've had nothing but low flight times with them. Esp. compared to my Zeee or Spektrum onea.

The batteries perform excellent, if the longevity on them is decent which I think it will be,That's gonna be a win for the electric R.C community. good Affordable batteries ,nice.

Not the 4S 2200mAh 70Cs I bought. No life and voltage drops to 3.5v right after takeoff and a short full throttle pass. I wouldn't try them in any plane. Cs was terrible.

@@Drones_Eye_View Hello that's too bad Your battery didn't work for you.This is the first time we used these, and as you saw on the video They were pretty good for us. now We just have to Continue to use them and see what the longevity of the batters is gonna be. have a good one.

@@davidpaker626 I have 2 of them. The seem to work fairly well in my Cherokee 1.3m. The issue is that in the T-28 1.2m that they don't have the 70C rating. Feels like a 25C or less since the battery can't put out. It does recover when I land, but a 70C should do that immediately in the air. My T-28 will do 90mph with the Spektrum 30C or Zeee 50C battery. If I push the CNHL that's when low voltage kicks in. It may be a bad pair but CNHL will not replace them. I had a crash as a result and broke a prop and landing gear since there was no power after 3:30 in the battery. It started full at 4.2 volts. Not a good show for them, either the battery or customer service. I'll never trust one again based on my experience.
