well with mcdonalds we know it's not healthy and the people who eat mcdonalds are not evangalizing and telling everyone else to follow the same diet. this guy is making crazy health claims about his diet so it needs to be looked into. i encourage everyone who thinks protein is worthless to just listen to these cult leaders and become fruitarians because that's going to be the fastest way to see through all these lies. it doesn't take muscle off my body if someone wants to vegan propaganda and deny themselves protein.

I been on the Fruitarian path for about 4 years but I only eat fruit, no vegetables at all, I don't drink water, don't take supplements. Last year I ate just watermelon for 160 days and I just feel so much better eating this way than when I did on the s.a.d. I'll never go back. This lifestyle is cheap compared to how I used to eat cause I used to eat out a lot. I feel great all the time, it's such a simple way to live and eat, it's so easy. I don't use a stove, barely use the fridge, I have no dishes to wash, I don't own pots or pans or skillets, I don't cook, no recipes, and I don't eat nowhere near 6k calories a day, (wow that's a lot) but I don't run marathons either. 😊😊 the simplicity of this life is what I love. And imagine the only thing going in your body being fruits, the highest frequency food on the planet.

@@NaYnO777 I can answer this, our need for protein has been greatly exaggerated. If we look at one food that we know is meant for humans, we can see that we don't need as much protein as we think. Human milk has less than 1 percent protein by volume and the calories from protein are only about 6 percent. Human milk has the least amount of protein compared to the milk from all the other mammals. All fruits and vegetables have protein. All the fruits and vegetables have all the essential amino acids so there is no need to combine, or track because it's all there. Our bodies recycle protein, so we don't lose much protein day to day and therefore only need a little to maintain our bodies. The only way to be protein deficient is to not eat enough food.

This just proves everything I've been trying to figure out . I started jogging last month and as usual I got advice from people that I should eat alot of carbs mainly carbs from either rice, oats , bread etc ... I started bulking up on these hours before my first jog and I was disappointed I did not get the energy I needed. I was tired after 15 min into the jog but after I switched to a raw food diet and started jogging again my stamina and endurance has been through the roof ! It absolutely amazed me how much energy and endurance I have. I used to get excessive mucous building up when I ran on mainy Carbs but now that I'm on a raw diet my mucous is disappearing and I can breathe clearly through my nose. I also had issues with my knees which would hurt after running for a long time but now I don't even feel and I can run longer. Now I really believe that man is supposed to eat raw and not meat nor grains or whatever . You can still eat it but trust me raw is best. My mood has shifted , Im more happy ,Its almost like Im '' High'' all the time after I switched to completely raw . I'm not kidding try doing it and you'll see what I mean. Although I probably won't be raw all the way I'll most certainly consume more veggies than meat that's for sure ...

@rinac885
@rinac885 5 жыл бұрын
Yeah! thats because fruitsare a carbohydrate. Carbohydrates are made up of all these little building blocks called saccrides, these then combine with one another in 'chains' to become types of sugars or starches. When you eat carbohydrates in, your body must break it down into saccrides before it can be metabolised as energy. Sugars, such as lactose or fructose, which occur in milk and fruit, are shorter chains of saccrides (usually only 1 or 2 saccrides long) so take less time & effort for your body to metabolise & therefore get you energy swifter. As opposed to the "Carbohydrates" food group which contains foods that contain starches as their main form of carbohydrate, these starches are longer saccride so take more time & more effort for your body to metabolise (turn into energy). This means that although it takes for the energy to be provided, it is produced slowly & gradually over a longer period of time (this does mean that the energy will last longer & keep you energised though), so this is why your rice, oats, carbs & bread (all STARCHY) couldn't provide you with the energy you suddenly needed fast enough. I hope this helps & is easy to understand. I have a habit of over explaining things. IF THIS SOUNDS CONDESENDING IM REALLY SORRY! not myintention. Also I am aware this was five years ago... How's your jogging goin?

What an interesting interview! After reading the comments I see that people are quite twisted when it comes to the fruitarian diet. This young man speaks highly of himself because he has a right to based on how he feels. It's not about how we feel about him. If anyone listens to this video interview keep in mind that he eats other foods, not just fruits and vegetables. He says his vitamin B12 is low and he supplements, but I also have questions regarding his past prior to eating this way because he could have had vitamin B 12 deficiency before becoming a fruitarian.

If your gut flora is good and high, the good bacteria will produce plenty of vitamin b12. I drink a homemade fermented sprouted rye drink everyday and my vitamin b12 levels have never been low. at one point they were way above. whether you eat meat or not, you need good gut flora. I've been this way for almost 20 years.

he's wearing veneers or has fake teeth. a lot of fruitarians have fake teeth because all the sugar and acidity has made their teeth rotting away.. fruit is healthy, very much so. but marinating your teeth in fruit juices 24/7 wreaks havoc on the enamel.

Thanks for paving the way~ Fruit is the ultimate food. Mangos, watermelon, figs, grapes, cherries, bananas, jackfruit, persimmons, endless varieties. We are fortunate to live in a time where an abundance is available to most people. My plan is to grow as many fruit trees as possible. I love fruit, children love fruit, my dog loves fruit. What more is there to say ; D Fruit is supreme. And yes, there are amino acids which are the building blocks of protein, in fruit.

Why do people resist what they don't know as opposed to studying what they don't know and possibly learn something. If I decide to become a fruitarian and do my biomarkers and a regular basis and those biomarkers show that everything is above average then that must mean that the form of eating is working. People are so afraid of what they don't know. People are so afraid to go against the norm. I applaud this man

This was not only of the physical, but there was a great change in my mental ability to perceive, to remember, greater courage and hope, and above all an insight into the spiritual which became like a sunrise, throwing light upon all higher and spiritual problems. All my faculties were improved, far surpassing their best during my healthiest and best youth. My physical efficiency and endurance became wonderfully increased.”

He didn't clarify - fruit is complete. "low in -------" "They" say the same "incomplete" line about vegetarian diets too. (Yet I just put up my vid "Vegan 19 year anniversary") The 80-10-10 book explains why fruit-based eating is natural for us. Some experts teach the pyramid because: all those extra foods are integrated into our society, and most people won't give them up. They teach it, not because we somehow need cows-food....and their muscles too.

Raw fruits and vegetables have protein and fat. Just not as much. Beans, lentils, legumes have more than enough protein for all people to lead a healthy lifetyle, including those that work out. The myth that they don't is pushed by the meat industry and heavy meat eaters so they can justify all their meat eating and killing of animals to be used as food.

Steve Jobs had worked during the summer at an apple farm, and admired the Beatles' record label, Apple. He also believed Apples to be the most perfect fruit. He and Steve Wozniak were trying to figure out a name for their new company, and they decided that if they couldn't think of one by the end of the day that was better than Apple, they would choose Apple. They couldn't think of anything better, so on April 1, 1976, Apple Computer, Inc. was born.
