It is astounding how the body lets you know when its time to heal. For the past year or so I've been consuming too much meat, fish, eggs and chicken because it's how I grew up and because I'm a weight trainer of 45+ years. It finally caught up to me recently through multiple symptoms. The good news is my body started craving, or asking, for more healing plant matter. This is what I did about 10-years ago in order to heal myself. This week I started a regiment of fruits, berries and some veggies. My body was screaming out to me for healing and I know to listen thanks to this man whom I respect and love.

Hello Dr. Morse.I think you are brilliant and greatly value your opinion. I'm a 32 y.o. male diagnosed with ulcerative colitis with severe bleeding this past April. Blood was literally squirting down the sides of the toilet. It wasn't pretty to say the least. Now, I've been suffering severe constipation for as long as I can remember. Was also diagnosed with dysplasia. I just had many polyps removed and could not follow up with my GI due to being extremely debilitated and exhausted in addition to other reasons. I've just started a raw fruit and veggie diet qnd smoothies in hopes that I can heal this naturally. It's a start and I know there is a lot more to it than that. I would love to hear some of your recommendations as I truly believe in and have faith in you. You really understand and know how the human body works and functions and I am just lost. I also am compound heterozygous for MTHFR mutation, high copper toxicity and have been prescribed compounded supplements for this. I am not absorbing my compounds due to my gut issues, so I'm going to try to embark on this journey of healing on my own. I have been through countless tests and procedures and have been to countless doctors and a few naturopaths to no avail. I desperately need help and am reaching out to you as my last hope. How can you let go when in chronic pain tho? I used to meditate twice/day, walk in nature for 1-3 hours with the dog and was never happier. I've now chronic inflamation & severe gut issues, and I can't do either. When I meditate all I can focus on is the pain, and walking flares it up too.

I'm thankful to Dr. Morse for giving me the intel to cure my skin issues. For my mom who has cancer, she gave her all with Dr. Morse's system and she got worse and worse. I encouraged her down this path and although I don't know what the answer is, this was not the answer that we were hoping for. I would wager that his track record is better than most physicians. We are responsible for our own body. He (Dr. Morse) has a universal way with people involving eating and rest, fasting and moving. Does Dr. Morse have a book out? I’m having trouble understanding every little nuance he is explaining just by listening to these interviews/talks. Like, I have been eating a raw food, primarily fruit-based diet for about a month now after about a year of cooked food/ vegan foods and 25 years of meat, dairy, etc. Should I fast so I can detox or just keep on eating all of this fruit and I will naturally clean myself...

Another great book is the 'Mucusless Diet Healing System' by Prof. Arnold Ehret. It is the KEY book to read for fasting and fruit. V = P - O (Vitality equals Power minus Obstructions) Morse credits him for a good chunk of his ideas (kidney filtration, fasting, fruit based /mostly raw diet, etc). MDHS is based on how to transition smoothly if when needed for different period of eating (up to steamed mucusless veggies, squash and sweetpotato if/when needed)

I lost 20 pounds on a 22 day SFV (Solid Food Vacation - Juice Only with juice extractor 1 gal a day.) and I am now on the road to Vegan Journey and never felt better. Keep on keeping on. I also think humans have been severely messed up by mainstream religions of all persuasions . Tinctures are very cheap to make - yes people should make their own. A high quality tincture from my local health food sore is $10-$13. Morse does not spend more than $3 making a 2 oz bottle, packaging included - his profit margins are gaudy, he is all about the $ - defend his greedy ass all you want, does not change the truth.
