I know a guy who served some time for breaking into a business and getting caught. He did a plea deal with a light sentence, so he was told. He ended up doing 4 years, but due to his plea deal, he now had a permanent record for vandalism instead of breaking and entering. This kept him from being able to sign a lease for apartments and from getting hired for some of the most simple jobs due to background checks. Mr. Kinzinger, I have enormous respect and gratitude for all that you have done for this country, and having the courage, clarity, and focus to stay true to our democracy, Constitution, and Rule of Law values. I confess that I am amazed and shocked to hear you repeatedly say that "we having nothing to be afraid of", and that "if you break the law, you should/will be held accountable..." I wish I felt like I could trust those words! What scares me the most is that Trump and his entourage of evil-doers are ALREADY systematically commandeering the judicial system and overtaking the election process. I absolutely do not trust the results of this election, and I am not a sore loser, nor a conspiracy theorist. Elon Musk has perhaps more power than anyone in this world right now, due to his technology capacities and controls, and by holding monster contracts with the military, etc. Rule of Law is gone, Mr. Kinzinger, and anything that is left of our democracy is now either a total, deliberate sham, or is hanging by a delicate thread. Trump is the master of breaking the law with ZERO accountability and making stuff up. Our justice system will be more and more populated by his lackeys. He and his henchmen are playing by Hitler and Mussolini's playbooks, literally verbatim. There is EVERYTHING to be afraid of. The real way we do NOT give him our power is to do everything we can to stand up and demand our democratic rights and freedoms, and if he sics the military on peaceful protestors and activists, then a full-on movement will need to happen. They say that the only opportunity to undo a dictatorial takeover is either in the very beginning, or at its waning end.

You should care more about Foxnews who had to pay 787.5 million to the Dominion machine company because Foxnews told their viewers, without any base and proofs, that the machines were rigged and the election was stolen. Of course Foxnews settle the fine before going in front of a judge so that their viewers were not informed their preferred media was lying to them on a daily basis. Another example? This year the most important constitutional case in the history of the United States was in front of justice court. Trump attorneys pretend that a president is above the law and has broad immunity if he commits criminal behaviour while in office. How Foxnews covered that? Silence. Nothing. So yes CNN, MSNBC and what you call mainstream medias are not the problem in this country.
