Obviously, after some reflection, and for him that means prayer, he acknowledged his wrong doing and rectified it. I think that focusing on the noise instead of fixing the issue is a much bigger issue. There seems to be issues in multiple cities across the country that are unprepared for this level of influx in immigration. That's why we have always had laws and procedures.
