Anderson (the Colorado ballot case), the SCOTUS ruled that Colorado did not have the power to leave him off the ballot. Criminals often come up with "philosophies" in their heads to paint their self-image as not the "bad guy." When apprehending shoplifters they'd always apologize to me when I worked as LP. I think they were apologizing to themselves more than me. I never really got why they did that. 🤷‍♂️
