@@GT43632 so what my friend got in tech Mahindra with 3lpa . He have no knowledge of DSA, only know basic c,c++ html,css, javascript. Only 6 month is more than enough to master this concept. But he learn this in 4 years. He is happy that atleast he got a job at such low skill...

If Companies pay by the hourly basis then such comments will not come. Currently all Companies pay salaries on day basis and hence the greed of making each day more fruitful. American Companies pay employees by the hour and don't expect you to work more than what is actually necessary. Mr Sunramanya and Mr Murthy know that it doest cost them anything to make the employees work more hours and so they take it easy on such thoughts and expectations
