Im 29 , i worked for 120 hrs per week so let me say my experience I sleep only 3 hrs ( with dark circles & stress on face all time) I ate very less because i was tied always so my weight goes to 36kg I got grey hair with no nutrition in my health No mental peace always thought of ending life for 3yrd but end my job present im unemployed but trying to get back on my health But i will work 200 hrs per week the day i start my own company because i get gains but not for someone owned company because profit is not given to me they give salry, if someone owned company wants me to work 200hrs per week i want that company pay me atleast 100crs not 25k

He makes 51 cr per year and suppose works for 90 hrs. Here's a calculation which will put everything into perspective: 51 cr / (365 * 24) hr = 58,219 INR per hour So he makes INR 58,219 per hour. Now let's compare this with a person in his company who, suppose works for 90 hours and draws salary of say 12 lakh per annum. So that person makes 12 lakh / (365*24) hr = INR 137 So, a person who makes INRA 58,000 per hour is comparing his working hours with a person who makes INR 137 per hour and pushing that person to do the same amount of work. A bit more clarity... The person who is asking to work 90 hours to other employees would be making 423 times the money compared to the employee with salary 12 lakh per annum. No matter what kind of work you do or how much ever important it is, it cannot justify 423 times salary drawing person asking the other guy to work as much as him and not even have time for his wife and family...
