Do you connect the battery cables from the charger port? Can you explain better how to connect the batteries?

i am a newbie to all this. Built several small packs but I'm now attempting to build 10 of the es200g batteries as you have. I got them from Jehu. I was able to obtain all the connectors for power and discharge as-well as the dongles. For the White wire you have going to the Faustian Bargain device, i notice some sort of blue shrink wrap on them. are they fuses? can you provide me with a little detail about it. Would love to pick your brain as i go along with my project.

Hi Mo, i tried to create "pigtails" for my charging xt60s, discharge xt90s and my white (blue wire). I tried to make them for 4 batteries. So i just used 4 connecters each with a short wire, then twisted them all together and soldered them. This way I could charge 4 batteries at the same time with one charger or connect 4 blue wires (white in my case) together. No fuse, just connectors and a pigtail. I would love to see your project if you post a video. Thanks. 👍

Saw your video so I bought online for $165 instead of $1050 for a Ryobi 1700w inverter, already have a huge lot of batteries so this saved me alot of funds for other stuff, I added Anderson SB50 connectors to the inverter and Ryobi batterry pack, this allows me to also connect the inverter to my two 36v golf carts. I haven't added Anderson connectors to them yet but at 7200 watts the inver should last along time. If the manual is correct it says : low voltage 30v hi violtage -45v cutouts, not sure about the 37.5v recovery? Cheap clean power so I am happy.

Nice video. I already have the 40v 1800w Ryobi inverter. But I plan to buy a 36v 3000w inverter and run tons of 40v Ryobi batteries paralleled on it. Do you know what wire size I should use?

What I am hearing from others is that it's important to keep your wires as short as possible and to use bigger gauge wire. They are suggesting to me to use 10 gauge wire, however I have a whole roll of 12 gauge wire so I may just double up my wire. Hope this helps. Good luck

@@LastExile1989 Thanks. Is that at 120 or 240 volts. I just want to calculate the idle power it draws in watts.

@@adon8672 120v Should also note, mine was 24v imput. Still it's very high. Considering my Reliable brand is less than half that figure.
