I think it was the 1999-2000 season was from CN World HQ, whereas the 2000-03 seasons were from the CN backlot.

I remember eventually getting sick of these after seeing them hundreds of times but I fondly look back at them as I watch them at the moment. A lot of good humor, and small things going on. I'll always affiliate with CN City though.
