Hi Requiem I’m totally new to flight sim and to be honest not very good at it. 🙄 I came across your channel recently to which I’ve subscribed. I loved watching all your BFM series and learnt a lot and need to put into practice. I like flying the spitfire and was wondering how much you use rudders and trim etc when flying? Also which other vids would you recommend me watching as a total newbie?

The flight principles playlist is a good starting point as the BFM stuff is a bit more advanced. Once you know how to fly the airplane you like you can then focus on fighting against someone in it rather than be stuck fighting the airplane instead. Regarding rudder and trim....whatever is needed. There's no hard and fast rules.

@@RequiemsACTL really enjoying the principles series thanks, but was wondering what switch to set ailerons to? I have my rudder and elevator trim set to the hat switch I think it’s called on my hotas warthog joystick, but where is the best place to map the ailerons please?
