Moje or how about "CO JEST TO?" Could you alternatively say that instead of Co to jest? (as in the English order of words What is it? rather than What it is?) or not?

'Co jest to' doesn't sound right, so just stick to 'co to jest', even in a sentence 'Nie wiem co to jest' - the word order stays the same

Nice lesson , but I don’t understand how a computer or a ticket can be masculine 😢 and a coffee or tea are feminine ??

All nouns in Polish are either masculine, feminine or neuter - there isn't really a reason for why they fall into a specific category. But feminine nouns mostly end with an a :)
