Chris I just saw this one. Outstanding in every way. Your editing is so professional, this was lovely. I will have to catch up on the vids I have missed! Will have to look out for the ski version of this. You sure look like those tyres are pumped up hard! No give at all.

Those fat bikes are the ticket for riding rough trails or just plain making your own trail. Another beautifully entertaining ride Chris, I'm looking forward to the next one; until then, Happy Trails!

That pedal strike on the rutted trails caught me out big time the first time! Seems to be a particular characteristic of trails in the snowies for some reason.

You can get a fat tire trike for 2000 USD. Which is got full suspension really nice trikes steel frame I'm going to be ordering one next week I think it is. Just because it's more comfortable in I don't know maybe I'm kicking back in my later years haha

What no Rohloff? Looks like a stainless steel frame perhaps Van Nicholas? Tyres don't seem that fat, not 4.8 inch fat. But maybe I'm wrong.
@ChrisRishworth
@ChrisRishworth 5 жыл бұрын
Yes no Rolhoff but very low gear 26 42. It's a Muru full titanium 4 inch tyres. It can run 4.4 as is or 4.8 with a Rolhoff.

@alexmorgan3435 5 жыл бұрын
@@ChrisRishworth Very nice. Titanium was the frame material I was thinking of not stainless steel which would be far too heavy. Why did I write stainless steel? Doh! You must do a review of it soon.

Yes, that Australian bush breeds Stoics out of us all. Cool in Aussie-land in March? Great to get that feeling of home again, ' Daave.' Those rocks and gutter-ways for paths, and on a bike!!! That's what you call " rough riding" . Sure hope the seat padding is effective. Lot of dead trees. Thanks for the video. Good luck.

Thanks. The max the koga could do was 2.4 inches. I'm running 4 inches now. Also disc brakes and a 26 42 really low gear. Yes the pan crop is done in the edit after in Sony Vegas pro 15. Rough but fun.
