This is a little different than the explanation video given out of his garage 7 years ago. This is ok but I like the video with Page. With the slow motion out takes I think you can better see what he describes. In any event this is a good warm-up.

the guys from california strength bump the bar at the hips, and it seems to work well for them ?
@shadywayside10 жыл бұрын
If you get a chance, Diane Fu discusses the difference between "brushing" the bar past the hips and "banging" the bar on the hips. Like everything else, which one a person does depends upon a lot of other things.

pierrot monami Have you ever seen there girls totals go up? Look at there training over the last 2 years not one of them has any real PR of mention. There few "top" lifters are great but 85% of the lifters their makes very little progress with getting bigger totals.

When your school weight training coach used to own a crossfit gym and now co-teaches highschool wrestling and weight training and you actually have to research to memorize movements like the Burgener warm-up

while he may have been its a case of practicing what you preach. He may a wealth of knowledge without actually being able to do it himself now. he clearly knows what he is talking about. perfect examples are cardiologists who are fat and out of shape. they usually clearly know what they are talking about and how to treat but they do not practice it themselves

What does it say about a person when they use more key strokes to ask a (super condescending) question on KZbin than it would've taken to just Google it in the first place?
