Coach is on SHEIN !! THE END of COACH brand?

This was brought up on Reddit a while ago, and apparently it’s not actually Coach but an unauthorized reseller. Coach customer service has stated products purchased on SHEIN will not have a warranty, and may not even be authentic. They are listed by “Premium Brand Fashion Store” which is not an authorized Coach seller. I reported it to their counterfeit team, so we’ll see what they do with the info.

I was so shocked when i saw it and then i saw more brands like tory burch, michael kors, kate spade etc and i almost fell off my chair! I stayed up last night making my video because i was so shocked haha 😅

What a great video! I did not even know Coach was being sold on Shein! I recently learned that they have a seller site on poshmark where I think inventory that they haven’t sold in their outlet stores or online get dropped in their poshmark shop for steeper discounts but for them to be on Shein is shocking! I wonder what their thought process was on doing that! Tfs! ❤️

I agree. They must disassociate themselves from SHEIN. The money is not worth losing customers.

Thankyou for all of your videos and for sharing this.I am shocked, I have never shopped on Shein and I associate them with cheaper brands after seeing what you tubers have purchased and that is fine, it would not even occur to me look there for any brand name. I really hope it doesn’t affect our Australian stores. On a happier note, I have just ordered a little Longchamp energy xs after watching your recent videos as I have been looking for a light crossbody after breaking a wrist and foot and now using crutches for a while. Looking forward to it arriving. I’ll have to watch your Longchamp video again, I’m a bit nervous this may be the beginning of an obsession 😀

But I also heard that it's a reseller that collaborated with Shein and not Coach..so idk. Whatever it is, I'm OK as long as they are not doing any harm. I'll be devastated if they are selling or displaying fake items in the boutique. It's nice to have this conversation and to know what other people has to say. Great video Alicja ❤😊

Alicja, I love the Coach brand and own some bags from this brand. I don’t understand why they are selling their products on SHEIN. It is going to damage its image. I think Coach will regret it.

What is supposed to have happened? I don't know this brand, but they just want to sell the products there. This brand will probably have a connection to China, like so many things. These goods are also available on other online platforms. You also sell products and that's how they look for their sales channels. I don't know where the shock is supposed to be.

I see you don’t get it, you don’t know this brand as you said. The video was a case study on brand strategy and this move is very incoherent with their market segmentation and brand positioning. It is very damaging to what they were able to achieve over the last couple of years.

Like u… im confused. When i came across Coach on Amazon, i realized is Coach Retail store front in Amazon. Im ok with this. But Shein? Shockin not in a good way. N is it just me, or are most of the bags on Shein Coach Outlet? Not anything wrong w Outlet, im just saying. Mayb Coach’s strategy as they did with Amazon, is to reach a whole other demographic, because everyone shops thru Amazon. I hv nvr purchased anything on Shein, but tons n tons of peeps do. So Coach might be trying to get reached thru this source. Weird cause i hv and would continue to buy Coach thru Amazon, but i personally would not buy thru Shein. 🤷🏻‍♀️ tfs!!!

You are totally right. In my opinion whoever advised them on that move, have done them dirty… poor decision on so many levels..I can’t even begin ..
