This reminds me of my HS basketball coach that I transferred to play for. He ended up leaving the next season to a bigger school and it hurt, it changed my basketball career. I get what you are saying. But, Coach has a point. He would be out if he was not winning. There is no loyalty to coaches but there is an expectation that coaches be loyal to the school where they are. Also, he left JSU with a lot that he is not taking with him. Coach Prime was very tactful in not speaking badly of the city, but JSU had bad water, Coach ended up in the hospital sick, apparently there had been several breakins. Do you think there were other problems he was facing that led to him leaving?
