As a staff member on the academic side of the campus, Coach Prime's speech emulates the exact impact I strive to make every day for the last 11-years. I was a parent taking college tours with my daughter, when I became inspired to change careers and work in higher education, building up students and supporting their educational goals, rather than grinding in the corporate world. I have said it a couple times, but it is relevant here. Nobody can beat CU worse than CU at this point. EVERY single person on this team - on and off the field will feel the pressure to perform. If they can all check their egos and learn to trust each other's strengths, they will be golden. Naturally, some folks need to go. That comes with the territory. But an All Star teams can be defeated by lesser talent.

Amen. God is definitely using Deion Sanders. I live in Texas but stay up to date on current events. I have definitely noticed for some time now that Colorado has been taken over by dark forces. The most vivid recollection I have of that is those evil murals at DIA. Further, NORAD is in Colorado. God is making his move on CO and I believe Coach Prime is part of that.

Sea story, I’m retired Navy it happens. I'm a Nebraska fan and you understand how we're engrained to feel about everything related to the Colorado Buffaloes. Having said that, I am a huge fan of this move for CU and of the way Coach thinks and does things. It will influence all of those support staff members whether they stay and grow as people or leave and carry some piece of that positivity with them. Prime cleaning house on all levels and I know exactly what he means regarding support staff. Bad attitudes and bringing home to work affects the kids and can infect those kids and coworkers. If it's not addressed, it runs rampant and infects the whole. People don't understand this because in many places, its the norm. I'm so glad Prime is addressing this.

I betcha no one ever gave them a speech on negative spirts before. Love how he addressed and presented it letting them know it’s not just the players that will be seeing an exit door In every department. Because they are a family. He wants people who wants to be there in a positive way. He said good morning then he had to repeat it before a few replied. He’s 💯 correct. If you love being around people & interacting, you love what you do, your time & day flies by . My last employment was at a toxic place ran by petty miserable females who brought there drama to work. Too bad I can’t forward this to them.
