Outlet bags are made for the outlet. They inflate prices then say it's on sale. The Mulberry bag is amazing !

True especially on American holidays. The highest discount I've seen is 76% off on a non holiday day. And that's something you have to constantly keep track of because it'll be 60% or 70% for awhile until the 76%.
