Sometimes you can have headache from hard exercise. Can happen to me, when I have hard exercise after months of doing nothing. Tom is obviously in shape but I guess that kind of effort combined with adrenaline did the trick.

Hey Neil. Awesome content man. I love your work. I have been a HUGE fan for many years. This is a bit off-topic but... I just wanted to mention something about your audio to help you out. It's needed for us as watchers and listeners to feel and hear a ""complete"" sounding vocal. It's hard for me to look past this as I am an audio engineer and am reminded every time I watch one of your videos so I figured I would say something today. The vocal recordings in your cut scenes sound super thin and need to be adjusted. You need to add a bit more low-end and possibly a reduction in the mid-high end of your vocal recordings for the final edit. The vocal audio lacks that full sound and doesn't blend well with the rest of the production. Especially for these dramatic edits. It could be your mic or possibly whoever is engineering your vocals might be rolling off too much of the lower frequencies and boosting the high end in the wrong places. It's tough to say for sure. I would suggest rolling off your bottom end at around 80-100Hz and if needed, you can still supplement some bottom end to the vocal tracks by adding a bell curve and boosting a couple Db at 120-350Hz to thicken up a thin-sounding vocal recording. The male human voice typically lives in the 100- 300Hz and 1k-4k Hz range so keep this in mind when adjusting. There might be a bit much high-end in your vocals as well which can be scooped out by adding a bell curve in the 5k-8k Hz range and reducing these frequencies a couple Db. This is just a starting point and there are many factors that come into play but I don't want to confuse you. Just applying these small changes will definitely help though. NEVER EVER use presets, especially for productions like this. Just take a few mins to listen and learn cause audio is extremely important in edits like yours. This touch will really complete your edits. I hope this helps and am definitely looking forward to hearing these changes in your next video. If you have any questions just ask. Cheers!

I've felt what Tom went through... Multiple max exertion efforts back to back and multiple days in a row. The blood vessels in your head can pop and cause excruciating pain. It feels like you've been hit in the head with an axe. Definitely not a Doctor but that's my guess based off the activity and the effort.
