To start coaching:
Log into the Motive Fleet Dashboard and click Safety
Click Coaching to see which drivers need coaching
View each driver’s DRIVE risk score, performance trends, and more
Click the Coach button for the driver you want to coach
The Driver Overview will show behaviors, coaching history, and other details
Click Start Coaching
When you Start Coaching in the Motive Safety Hub, you’ll be able to:
Get more context on the fleet driver behavior
View a list of coachable events
Watch a brief video of each event
Leave comments describing the coaching session and next steps
