I watched Part 2 first, came here, subscribed, watched part one twice before attempting, and am on my third round of practicing my form. I'm using force to block, and I have to break that habit before I move on. Seriously appreciate you saying take it one step at a time. I feel like people give up when they aren't quickly good at something. But when it comes to anything physical, perfecting your form is always step one. Nothing else matters until you comfortably have the proper form. That's just not said enough.

Great video. What i like about it is the "simple things." Like Guard. If you have a really good guard, that is your "fortress". There You should feel pretty safe. Each time you throw a punch it is like a game of "tag"...you throw a punch..but you can be hit back also. So who can get their guard back together after throwing a punch..it all happens faster than a blink of the eye.
