Pivots that large are dangerous no? Unless you are at a very high level and can pull them off safely and quickly? You're opening an attack vector for a large amount of time, as opposed to short fast 20/30/40 degree pivots, leaving the door open for less time... just a thought... correct me if I'm wrong...

Ya'll want to see my ass whooped for neay 2 whole rounds lol look up on youtube el salvaje vs silverback. My opponent silverback was a straight up street fighter. It was a sanctioned street boxing shit called underground fight league on mighty mouse channel.

How u doing..IAM looking for an over all purpose bag where I can do boxing and muay thai...I was gonna buy a 100 lbs heavy bag for boxing and kicks but my son wants a bowling/ teardrop bag...he is a 17 year old wrestler who used to fight in muay thai and did a lot of boxing.. I am also looking for a soft bag cause I have elbow tendonitis.. I want something that is easy on my joints... So if you had to choose for one all purpose bag which one would you choose for boxing and muay thai between 5ft heavy bag and bowling/tear drop bag? Thank u I been looking at the title liquidshock bags but they are like 3 ft tall only and for kicks I think a least 5 ft would be good? I don't really like banana bags cause they are just heavy and sit there.

Problem with these type of techniques is despite what your taught you have to have incredible speed to pull this off( although good to practice for fluidity). I think for live action the simpler and smallest movements are most effective and easier to translate to the ring.

It would be helpful if you slowed down and explained exactly what you are doing with your feet, and which step initiates the turn. Here you are explaining what you are doing but not how you are doing it. I learnt more here by watching your feet but not from what you are saying.
