as a 5'7, 170lbs 20 yo, posterize or bumping won't work on a 6'0, but slide by, hook layup, floater and pass is a good option, but i would say slide by and just passing in most situation is the best option

Slow down and use your defender as a shield. The help defense can't jump through his teammate to contest the shot.
