26:48 actually if you level up a spell midcast it applies the damage increase instantly. A micro thing is to cast your skillshot before leveling it to use the lower cost mana and level it mid flight and it'll deal the full damage

it does count. When u use your abillity dmg changes mid flight. This is abused on mid because u can trow most skillshots and while they are mid air lvl them up so u deal dmg of higher lvl spell but pay mana of lower lvl

26:56 I believe this is actually wrong! At least, on specific casting abilities like Viktor. On Viktor, you can cast your level 1 e and upgrade it to a level 2 e during the cast animation. If the e casts as a level 1 spell but hits as a level 2 spell, you will deal the level 2 spell damage while using the mana of a level 1 spell. This leads me to believe many duration abilities are spaghetti coded and can be abused just like this one.

Hey Ludwig, if there’s a chance you read this, just know that you simply have to play the game and ENJOY the game to get better. Lots and lots of hours specifically for early game. Getting a lead in early game (0-15minutes) will generally dictate how the game goes. There’s so many things you have to experience to know. Just as long as you enjoy the champ you’re playing with, this should be a smooth ride to atleast gold. If you’re a prodigy, maybe to platinum. But gold and plat are pretty much the same lol

However everything that was shown in the lane before hand shows that his skill level is in fact lower than Illois.

@@sockyypoo i'd actually argue that beating an opponent with a full buy if you have a classic isn't fully mechanical at all i'd say its 50 mechanical 50 knowledge. If you're in a long range fight with a classic vs a vandal unless your opponent is 100% terrible you're not going to win that fight. You need the knowledge to get a flank somehow while avoiding trips or play in a spot close to their entry and not get hit by their util like blinds or seen by sova drone, sky dog, cypher cam etc, and that takes having more game knowledge than the opponent for them to not expect you coming.

Do ONE 10 minute cs training session on the champ your playing before queing u-- I left the video playing and I am SO FUCKING HAPPY ALOIS SAID THAAAT YEEEEESS BUT ALSO, hes right the easiest way to track your CS skills and progress is, EVERY GAME, check how much CS we have at 10m. Thats a simple habit that lets you measure progress one time simple, concrete, and its even comparable between different champions 42:30 The reason illaoi hook hits you here is that the hitbox to target champions is BIGGER than the one that can hit minions. So being ON TOP of the minion isnt far enough behind it. Cheers

Hi Alois. Great video as always but I'd like to ask for one thing: could you set timeline sections/chapters (? Idk what the name is) in the videos that contain *roughly* what's being taught/discussed? Because during waiting times between games if a player wants to look something up then it's kind of a pain to scroll through the entire video to find the part so they'll likely not use the video as a quick check, whereas if the searching was made easier then it'd probably increase re-visits to the video(s). Of course this takes time and idk how good/shitty the youtube ux for this function is so your choice I guess.
